After hosting 1000+ weddings in Sydney, nobody understands venues better than us. We experience each venue from pre-booking to planning, to the event day to post-service.

While your venue would typically pass your file from sales manager to planning coordinator to operations manager, we are with clients from start to finish.  We have real extensive operation knowledge of the entire process including actual real practicalities, venue restrictions, extra costs and real guest experience.

After planning over 1000 weddings, we have an extensive portfolio of photos, videos, menus, floor plans and other important information. In particularly, we are well known for our walkthrough video series that help you get a practical and realistic version of real weddings.

Budget better with Event Weddings. Typically the venue makes up the biggest slice in your wedding budget. Without knowing how much everything else costs, there is a high chance of blowing your budget. As a all-in-one wedding service supplier, we can provide estimated budget range for everything else, including additional costs for the venue before you commit to avoid budget blowouts later.

As practical event planners, we help clients ask the right questions before booking to reduce potential conflict later. Common issues include extra fees unknown at the time of booking, supplier restrictions, and whether there are any other rules that may affect your plans. While we make no guarantees that every issue will be covered, we have the experience to identify key points from previous events.

There are some venues that can but do not actively advertise as wedding venues for operational and commercial reasons, and some venues offer simplified or "no-frills" discount rates to trusted wedding planners and industry relationships.
