Dress Hire Procedures

  1. REQEUST FOR INFOPACK / GET IN CONTACT - Request for an infopack or get in contact with us by tapping the Whatsapp icon or use the Contact Us page. Our team members will have a chat with you to find out how we can best serve you and help you arrange an appointment
  2. BOOK GOWN TRIAL - We offer a complimentary dress trial day once a month where you will be looked after for a dedicated 60-90 minute appointment with our dress stylist who will help you select the dresses most suitable for you, help you change dresses and advise on styling. Bring a friend or two as well as your heels to visualise how this might all look for you on the big day! Yes, you're more than welcome to table photos! * A small fee refundable at the end of the appointment may be charged to prevent no-shows. / If you're not available for the free gown trial day, we may offer a special appointment time just for you, but a small fee may be charged.
  3. SELECT YOUR DRESS - After the trial and you have found something you like, you can put down a deposit to hold the dress for a standard 3 day hire. However, we normally have flexibility for a several of days before the wedding and a several of days after. Just let us know in advance. Our dress prices range from $480-$880 for hire. 
  4. PICK UP - Closer to the wedding day, we will be in contact about the time and location for the pick up of the dress. The dress will be wrapped up and ready for you to be collected either at our North Sydney location or Parramatta location. The full balance plus a security deposit is also payable on pick up.
  5. RETURN - After the wedding day, we would have organised a time and location for you to return in original condition with dry cleaner's receipt.
