If you haven't found a venue, the first thing we will help you do is to assist you with looking for a venue. After planning over 600 weddings, we know a thing or two about venues and what would be the best choice for you. We will help you consider, style, location, cost, convenience, timing and various other factors that will make a difference to your venue search. We also know what questions to ask before you sign on the dotted line, what additional costs you need to factor in, and how to help you get the best price. If you already have a venue, or after we have helped you find a venue the next step is our famous Wedding Planning Trial service. This is a free, obligation free and pressure free meeting. You will not be asked to pay any money at this meeting. This is like a coffee with a friend who's just been married, but you get the collective experience of over 600 couples. In this meeting, we will help you (1) design your perfect runsheet, (2) help you go through an exhaustive checklist of everything that you might need for your wedding, and (3) we help you with budgeting. If we see that there is anything that we might be able to do for you, we will show you some portfolios and give you a quote. If you're interested, we will send you home first and then a proposal will follow. If you are interested in our packages, we would welcome you back to discuss packages. We may also make recommendations and all referrals have NO HIDDEN COMMISSIONS.
As a One Stop Shop, we provide professional quality services at exceptional prices due to economies of scale of putting items into a package. Besides cutting down on costs, your wedding process is also streamlined which is convenient and saves you time. Rather than reaching out to ten different suppliers over one change, you are dealing with everyone all together in one go!
But at the same time, we understand that we can't be everything to everybody, so we want you to build a perfect package for yourself, and we welcome couples to choose their own external suppliers as they wish.
You may choose one of our All Inclusive Packages or build your own Custom Package. If you're building a custom package, we first start with a VIP BASE PACKAGE which includes (1) wedding planning (and coordination for Silver/Gold packages), (2) anytime wedding planner access, (3) VIP Access, which is Full access to any discounts that we get as wedding planners which are passed straight to you, and (4) Service credits into our services.
We have developed a comprehensive exhaustive to do list of 100+ point list of absolutely everything that needs to be done before your wedding so that you won't miss out on anything. When we use this checklist, it rests on the experience of over 600 wedding couples.

The free wedding planning trial gives our couples an idea of how things are like when planning a wedding with Event Weddings. You will experience a comfortable and stress free environment where we will listen to you and provide advice for your individual situation and circumstance. In this meeting, we will listen to you and answer any questions you have about wedding planning. We will go through event timings with you and share important things that you need to know about your wedding planning tailored to your venue and circumstances. We will also go through a complete, exhaustive services checklist of absolutely everything that you need to do for your wedding. If there is anything that we can do for you, we will show you a portfolio; and if there are any services that can be provided externally, we will make referrals for you. This service is absolutely pressure free and transparent. We will absolutely not pressure you to commit to any contract, and we will inform you of any commissions that we may receive.

The silver package is perfect for couples who need a guiding hand in wedding planning. This service includes two extensive meetings of up to 3 hours. In the first meeting, we will run through a full, complete plan of what the couple needs to do between now and the wedding day, and when to do each of these things. There is also a services checklist of what information needs to be provided to each supplier at what time. In the final meeting, we will go through all the details to make sure everything is on track. Couples may mix and match their perfect wedding services package with VIP access prices. Minimum spending applies.

This is our most popular package with busy couples who want to organise their own wedding but don't want to waste any time or make costly mistakes. Our silver package is a consultancy service where we will help you create a customised to-do list that we have personally tailored for you based on your situation. There are 3-5 structured meetings where we will help you go through a to-do list of everything that you need to do and how to do it. We provide tailored advice because no two weddings are the same. It includes: (1) initial meeting: an overview of the wedding planning process, (2) Roadmaps meeting: an overview of what needs to be done and when, (3) Programme meeting: designing your programme and timings for the big day, (4) Details meeting: mainly focusing on decorations, styling and design and (5) Final meeting: where we ensure all your details are looked after. Of course, we will look after all the services that you have booked through us. But for any services not booked through us, we will give you all the tools so that you know exactly what you need to do through your wedding planning process as we lead you by the hand.

This package is designed for very busy wedding couples that do not want to do any of the organising themselves. This package is an upgrade from the Silver package which is less hands-on for wedding couples. In this package, we will help you organise everything from start to finish including the nitty gritties which is perfect for busy working couples. Our gold package is a complete wedding planning and production service where you choose all the elements you want to have for your wedding, and we will put it all into action for you, including communication with all your suppliers and venues. Sometimes couples are just stuck with something that is complicated, they have asked around and got different answers and it is just difficult to make a decision. This is where our stand alone wedding consultation comes in. Each consultation lasts up to 3 hours of very detailed wedding planning and consultation. This service can be used with free wedding planning services and is about helping you solve issues in your wedding planning process. (1) The roadmaps meeting is at the beginning of your wedding planning process where we will help you plan out what you need to do with your wedding planning process. Everyone's plan is different and we help you determine the best for you. (2) Our runsheet drafting service will help you put together your programme for your entire day and the reception. This can be one of the most complicated but overlooked parts of the wedding. Most problems that occur in weddings happen because of bad programme planning. Planning time poorly can have immediate costs such as time extensions required with service suppliers. (3) The pre-wedding checklist occurs about a month before the wedding day. Many couples are nervous about what they may have forgotten leading up to the wedding day. Put your fears to rest by meeting with us. We will help you run through the entire checklist to make sure you have covered all your bases. (4) If none of the above are your issues, speak to us and we are always here to help!

We can do as much planning as we want, but the actual event rarely occurs exactly to plan. For a stress free wedding, a coordinator on site for any or the entire wedding day can make a significant difference on the big day. A wedding planner has years of experience the experiences of hundreds of weddings to make the right call for you when the unexpected happens. It is important for a wedding to be well planned, but any event planner will tell you that the unexpected is always expected. The on-site coordination service will be a step ahead of you to ensure that everything runs smoothly, and that the best decision is made when the unexpected happens.
